Return Process

  Log in to your Mighty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
